Yummy shrimp stir fry

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stir Fry

1 lb shrimp
1 lb broccoli
1/2 lb carrots
4 green onions
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
10 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons cooking sherry
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stir Fry

  1. Soak shrimp in salt water untill defrosted. Devein and marinate with garlic, ginger and some sesame oil.

  2. Mix together soy sauce, sherry, sugar and corn starch and set aside.

  3. Stir fry veggies then add shrimp until cooked (when they turn pink) and add sauce (you don't have to add ALL the sauce, add to your liking). Let side for about 2-5 minutes.
