Shrimp and veggies in a light sauce. Good over rice or served alone.

Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stirfry

1 lb shrimp, tails on
1 cup onions, diced
1/2 cup carrots, sliced
1/2 cup celery, diced
8 oz baby corn, canned
3 cups bean sprouts, fresh
8 oz water chestnuts, sliced, canned
8 oz bamboo shoots, sliced, canned
1/8 cup soy sauce
3 tbsp olive oil
1/8 cup cream
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp flour

Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stirfry

  1. In a large skillet heat olive oil. Add onions, celery, and carrots; saute 2-3 minutes. Add shrimp, soy sauce, and garlic powder; saute till shrimp are almost done; they will be white/opaque.

  2. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serves 8.
