Recipe Ingredients for Shrimp Stirfry
| 1 | lb shrimp, tails on |
| 1 | cup onions, diced |
| 1/2 | cup carrots, sliced |
| 1/2 | cup celery, diced |
| 8 | oz baby corn, canned |
| 3 | cups bean sprouts, fresh |
| 8 | oz water chestnuts, sliced, canned |
| 8 | oz bamboo shoots, sliced, canned |
| 1/8 | cup soy sauce |
| 3 | tbsp olive oil |
| 1/8 | cup cream |
| 1 | tbsp garlic powder |
| 1 | tbsp flour |
Recipe Directions for Shrimp Stirfry
- In a large skillet heat olive oil. Add onions, celery, and carrots; saute 2-3 minutes. Add shrimp, soy sauce, and garlic powder; saute till shrimp are almost done; they will be white/opaque.
- Add remaining ingredients. Stir well and let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serves 8.
