Being sick SUCKS!!

I woke up this morning with a very itchy throat, stuffed up/runny nose, and a headache.  Hope this doesn't carry on too long.  I still managed to go for my lunch time walk with my sister, only 1 mile but at least I got some fresh air (air too stuffy in my office).

This cold better not get worse, i'm already frustrated that I know I can't really work out like I normally do, but i may just do some light walking on treadmill.  Grrr, so annoyed with my body right now, hoping this doesn't impact my weigh in tomorrow.

Drink A LOT of water and take Echinacea!  Take it at the first sign of a cold 2 times a day.  If you can't, just drink the water and take a vitamin!

Aww, i'm so sorry to hear that. Getting Sick is the worst. YEs, Up those vitamins and get some throat coat tea- its really good with honey and it is loaded with good stuff for you. Its by Traditional Medicinals- check it out

feel better!!!  I know it's horrible to be sick when you are trying to be healthy and work out.
