Sickening!!
This has to be the most sickening thing I have heard this year!

Stories such as these - they make me literally want to vomit. Disgusting.
Mom should have gotten just as much time as this sicko. Weeks of abuse??? Don't dare tell me that she didn't know something was going on.

Oh my god. I don't even want to imagine what that baby felt.
I don't understand how ANYONE could harm a baby or child. They are HELPLESS. It's disgusting!
I just read the headline and clicked out of it. This is why I think it is a good idea to make people fill out application forms, go through medical and psycological evaluation before they have children.
Just looking at the guy made me ill.
Still, I hope he lives as good of a life as he can in jail, as does the mother. They will get what they deserve in the afterlife for eternity for his crime and her negligence against such an innocent soul.

That's exactly how I feel too peaches, she apparently got off light because she's not very intelligent!
"Ignorance is no defence" well that's what we are led to believe.
I also think he should have got "Life" meaning life.
I just sent this to one of my friends and he just called me just so he could yell about how sick the guy is. i think I'm now deaf in my left ear.
I just had this wave of nausea right now after I read the whole thing, and i'm torn between crying or puking... perhaps both.
I don't very often wish ill on anyone regardless of what they have done, but tonight when I heard this on the news my first thoughts were
"I hope they put him into mainstream prison where the other prisoners can reach him"!!

Thats what I was thinking!
the other prisoners aren't going to let this guy get off with nothing, yes they're criminals too, but alot of them will have children and will probably beat him within an inch of his life....alot of the time the guards try to keep these crimes hushed up so the other prisoners don't find out and kill the guy....they probably will if they don't put him in solitary....

the only thing that makes me feel better after reading this sad story is knowing that the man will either die in prison or come close to it. prisoners do not let child abusers/murderers live peaceful lives behind bars. my mom is in prison (for intoxication manslaughter) and she has told me many stories of these women being badly beaten if they are convicted of anything child-related.
