So.. I lost pounds , saw family and they all blab on me being to skinny.

My mom started doing it too and I've binged for almost a month now.. =[

Haven't done any exercise..
too cold outside..

too lazy at home.

Usually I wouldn't care for overeating but it's come to a point where everything comes right back up .. [not intentionally]

and I've become sick to death of food I usually loved..

ie, raisins, rolled oats , plantains..

I don't know how to stop..

Advice, techniques ... ?

Your problem is that you don't eat enough grains. You mostly eat fruit and vegetables and whatever else but your diet is not balanced at all. You need protein and fats. Not all processed food is bad. Wholegrain bread, wholewheat pasta; they are your friends. Have some seafood like salmon, the protein will make you feel full and keep you from bingeing.
I don't have any advice because I often go threw the same thing. I will loose weight, and then kinda slip. That snowballs into me backsliding. I often wonder if it is my sub-contentious sabotaging me. I don't know, but I do wish you the best of luck!

i think your mother, family and friends are telling you this as they are worried with reason. You are very slim, and your eating habits which youve spoken of seem very resticted and unhealthy. Eating plenty of fruit and veg is fantastic but you need to look after yourself and eat grains and protein to. The reason your body is forcing you to binge is, its desperately crying out to be nourished. Fee yourself a balance of the right foods and you will probably find that your binges stop as will your mothers nagging.

I hope you take this advice seriously, and good luck with getting yourself healthier
-_____- I got my protein from nuts .
Plenty of nuts.

You people know nothing.
Hey - that's what you get for seeking advice over an internet forum.  We are normal people doing the best we can, sharing our advice based on our own experiences.  We're not doctors.  You want professional advice, fork over the money to see a real doctor.  That's life.  You get what you pay for.

You're right, we don't. Sorry *shrugs*

Yeah yeah yeah.. I expected some insight.. but oh well, I'll just put my food eating on a schedule, seems to be working so far.

People are trying to give you insight...maybe it's just not what you want to hear. I think if you're eatting and throwing up food (even if it's not intentional) you should see a doctor.
There's no need to get so defensive, I'm not trying to insult you...I'm just saying if you're eatting food and it's making you sick then there's something not right there. I know it would worry me anyway. But if you're now saying it's fine then there isn't a problem.

I put in 'upset stomach' and 'nausea and vomiting' on webmd's symptom checker

It came up with a red box warning that said, If you have been vomiting for more than 48 hours, please seek medical help immediately.

Then it came up with a box of the possible conditions that these symptoms might indicate:

  • Indigestion
  • Gastritis
  • Gastroenteritis
  • Generalized Anxiety Disorder
  • Food Poisoning
  • Irritable Bowel Syndrome
  • Panic Attack
  • Diabetic Ketoacidosis
  • Ectopic pregnancy
  • Allergic reaction
  • Acute kidney failure
  • Carbon monoxide poisoning
  • Chronic kidney disease
  • Drug allergy
  • Drug dependence and abuse
  • Drug overdose
  • Esophogitis
  • Giardiasis
  • Heat exhaustion

So, really, a doctor needs to check you if you're involuntarily vomiting.

But if you're just tired of eating the few foods you've been eating/binging on and can't keep them down anymore, then choose more and different foods to eat.

Variety... the spice of life... try it... you'll like it. Smile

You people seriously don't get what I am saying.

I am not tired of the foods I eat. The whole point I was trying to make was that I was overeating to a point where I was vomiting the food back out unintentionally.

I worked out the problem by myself.. thanks again for nothing.

You're welcome.  Glad we could help. :)
I take it your no longer skinny with all of the overeating and your irritable because your bloated from the large amounts of food you've been consuming, carmenxox had a great idea of drinking your calories I find that good because it doesn't distend my stomach

that's not what you said in your original post.  If what you say now is the case, then the only answer is self restraint, and nobody can do that but you.

My original post is as clear as it gets , you people just assume I have some sort of disorder..

Anyways , I am fairly 95 pounds, normal weight.

Not overweight and no not underweight for a short body framed teen.. anyways

I was overeating  due to stress and finicial problems..
My diet is pretty expensive and whenever given the opportunity to obtain free food, I did.

I now learned to restrict myself, by myself.. I am just a little upset that everytime  nowadays , I come to this site for guidance all I hear is the same bs about either I have an eating disorder or I'm not doing anything right .

I've had my yearly physical and I am as healthy as it gets, I never had an eating disorder ..
I always eat over 2000 calories..

I mean cmon, not every teen that isn't overweight  is a walking anorexic.

I try to help people on this site and expect some sort of positive outcome back .. but you do get what you pay for I guess.

Shame on you.

edit

I dont see the problem really in a previous post you said you enjoyed binging on broccoli and you were even proud of it, now your upset?

who me? or snotty pants over there...

cuz im pretty sure i have never posted binging on broccolli

to the op, for some reason I pressed quote instead of reply
Stay in school carmen ;)
That's all I will say as for previous post, I usually don't mind a binge but that binge was hectic.

You only weigh 95 pounds?

Somehow, unless you are under 5 ft tall, that doesn't seem very healthy to me.
