*sigh* Why isn't this working.

I'm sorry to create another thread, but this is getting so freaking ridiculous.

So I'm 15. 5'0, 121.8 pounds the last time I weighed myself. Funny, I was 122 back in freaking November when I started this. I don't get it. I don't look any different, I don't feel any different, I don't weigh any different anymore. I'm sick of fluctuating, I'm sick of not losing weight. I'm trying everything here. I watch what I eat, and I work out EVERY day. I've gone from 1000 calories up and up and up until 2000 (and even more sometimes) calories, but I'm still not losing the **** weight, and it's getting SO annoying. I should've reached my goal a month ago! But no, nothings working, and I don't understand. I'm so close to quitting, it's not even funny.

Is there any advice or freaking explanation anyone can give me? Because this is getting ridiculous!

There are plenty of explantions for your problem. 1. Since your 15 your body may still be growing and changing which can cause you to do werid things( belive me im 13 and my body goes wack alot ! ) 2. Changing your diet and eating things your not use to your body doesnt know what to make of it and will take awhile to get use to it. 3. Your body may be use to the amount of excerise your doing so since it knows your going to burn so much when you eat it slowly burns the food to save calories to burn later. Try excercisng 4 times a week so your body doesnt get in the habit of burning so many claoires a day. 4. Your body is one of those you is so comfrotable the way it is it wont loss or gain any because it likes the way it is. Hope this helped ! ( p.s - it's probably #3 ) Good luck !

heyyya im 16 and am having the very same problem, so no worrries.

your not aloneee

If you've been working out you may have gained muscles so that may add to your weight. You may have accidently allowed your body to go into starvation mode so that may be also why you haven't been losing any weight.

Good luck. xx
