*Sighs* .. Back at it AGAIN!
Okay .. so i started this in March .. and quickly let it go .. along with my wieght .. and now i'm about 20lbs heavier .. soooo here I am .. back at it .. but the last time i lost all motivation and will .. but i'm soo dedicated this time ... i HAVE to get this weight off!!! .. for GOOD! .. So .. i need a CC buddy .. anyone up for the task??? ... Thanx .. ~Jess~
I know how you feel! Today is my Day 1, and I am determined to make this work! I was really good for a while, and then I went crazy with my eating and gained about 12 pounds or so! I'm here to lose those 12 and maintain some healthy habits.

I know how you feel. I started on here nearly a year ago, got down to my goal weight, but then gained some of it back during the summer, so here I am again.
I'm with you guys! I was down to within 4# of my goal weight this past spring and at the end of the summer I was 12# heavier!
I am currently down 3-4# of those extra 12... It seems like this time I am having a harder time getting the scale to move. I have been really good all week and exercising alot and the scale has not changed. But, getting discouraged by the scale is almost always what throws me off the wagon, and I am totally aware of this fact. Currently, I am really trying to focus on being consistent with staying between 1200-1400 cals and exercising and telling myself that the weight loss will come in time.
We all (well all mere mortals like us) have backslides from time to time. Motivation is found in many places. I find that a great pair of jeans or an outfit that you used to fit into or want to fit into is a great motivator for me. Also, I know it's scary, but sometimes just really looking at yourself in the mirror naked in bright light can shock you back into reality!
Let's keep this thread going and keep eachother posted on progress. I know I can use all the support I can get!
I am starting over again as well.
I am starting tomorrow and I am hoping I don't lose my motivation and focus this time. We now have a gym in the garage which I didn't have last time and I have a job which keeps me active which, again, I didn't have last time so hopefully it will stick this time.
I did lost alot of weight abotu a year a go but since then I have put it back on and then doubled it :(

id love some buddies so maybe we can help each other.im at the gym tomorrow at 6.30 am before work lol.exercise i dont have a problem with i love it its food mortivation.

Hey, I feel you! I tried dieting before and I just was so hopeless. This is the only way I've been able to lose weight and it's all because I don't look at it as deprevation, I let myself have the foods I want, and I let myself screw up. =) If I can do it, you can do it!
