I don't really cook, but I've gotten really good at scrambled eggs.  I always crave them after my evening workouts, but I was getting bored so I decided to spice them up.  Now before I scramble the eggs, I add some ground chipotle chili pepper, dried cilantro, and a few dashes of Chipotle Tabasco...then I top the finished eggs with either salsa or some more Chipotle Tabasco.  Just make sure you don't put too much tabasco in before scrambling...makes the eggs really runny and hard to cook.

Mine is definitely dessert - maybe cheesecake?

I'm REALLY good at making toast when someone sets the timer for me.

Seabass and citrus white wine sauce hmmm...

cake or swedish meatballs!

salmon with honey (brushed on it), sesame seed, and orange slices cooked on a cedar plank on the grill

Edit:  Above the edit healthy....below the line ummm a little more unhealthy

BBQ chicken....slow cooked for pulled BBQ chicken sandmiches lol

Spinach stuffed pork roast if we're talking healthy...rum raisin bread pudding if we're just talking slap-your-mama, eat-yourself-stupid kind of signature dish.

I'd make salmon parcels in the oven with capers, dill, onion and olives... served with brown rice and crisp salad. :) Kinda hard to mess up. Aww, I miss dating now, haha!

My "signature" is spicy - anyone who you talk to who knows me knows I will make it very spicy

I'd have to say my Taco Salad

lol everything with me is spicy....even my salads...if it doesnt have hot peppers or hot sauce in it then something isnt right lol

Either my chile rellenos (I loooove poblano peppers) or chicken and dumplings (it's my granny's recipe so you know it's good!  LOL)

You sound like me - I love darn near everything spicy, including salads like you

I must say I make the perfect omelette. SO whatever veggies/meat they like I would incorporate it into an omelette and serve that

I make a pretty good omelette, but I'd have to say my "signature" dish would be my Sicilian Meatloaf with zucchini, peppers, and tomatoes for the veggie.  It gets rave reviews every time.

I also made my own modifications to a basic recipe I found for Butter Chicken, and it's fabulous.

My husband loves my spaghetti, and my pot roast.  But I have found that the spaghetti is very much a "what you grew up with" kind of thing.

I have yet to find someone who doesn't like my sausage-cheese queso though.  I always bring it to pot-lucks.

Hmm not sure I have one, I love to cook so many different things...I do a mean turkey lasagne, chicken enchiladas, wonton soup, caesar salad, all lower-calorie versions. For summer bbq my jalepeno-mushroom bison burgers are a big hit....and I have perfected a low-fat cheesecake to die for.

mine would probably be spaghetti or jambalaya with chicken and sausage. mine signature dessert is banana pudding

The only thing I can prepare decently is tiramisu! I am a lousy cook!

Vegetarian stuffed peppers made with soy crumbles, green peppers, reduced fat feta, balsamic spray and artichokes!

I can only make salads or eggs, I eat mostly everything else too raw for other peoples' tastes.
