Good morning. I just signed up and wanted to say hello. I lost 20 pounds on WW. I noticed this site is similar and free, so I am going to give calorie counting a try! any suggestions for keeping track when a computer isn't near (like at work). Do you carry a list of your favorite foods and their calorie content? A small journal to track? I want to be successful here. Thanks![]()
