When I was a kid, I always loved to cut it up into cubes and eat it with a little italian salad dressing.
You could also put it in a salad or cook it up in a stir fry.

Is it firm or extra firm?
If its not firm, you may need to freeze it a little
You can do so much with it
add it to milk shakes to thicken
Make a chocolate pie with it
make low fat cheesecake with it
chop it up and add it to soup (so good)
marinate and grill

cut it in dices, and marinade it with some soysauce.
and use this together with veggies in a nice stir-fry.
or marinade it, and crumble it, as a veggie minced meat.

If it's silken tofu, it's probably best in soups or purees as it isn't going to hold up well to anything else. My favorite thing to do with it is dump it in a blender with 1 package of melted chocolate chips and make chocolate pudding. You can sweeten it with honey, if you like, but I like mine DARK.
I put mine in the blender with a little bit of lemon juice (to add tang) and puree it. Then I stir in whatever I would normally stir into sour cream to make a dip out of it!
I made this pumpkin pie recipe that somebody posted. It was good, and nobody knew it was vegan.
