Guys Im trying to figure out how much i should be eating for maintanence... I'm 155cm and 53kgs, and it's telling me my goal is 1300 cals... isn't that a little low for maintanence? How much less would i be eating if i want to lose? Something doesn't seem right. I also go to the gym 5 days a week and do an hour and a half, of which an hour is cardio and half an hour is weights... Something seems off? any ideas?
Did you use burn calculator, or followed the "advice" link in your profile settings? If you followed the link don't leave the due date blank, set it like 1 year in to the future.

I come up with 2200 -- you must be still calculating for losing.
