I often buy the Tyson frozen boneless skinless chicken tenders and I can't seem to find a consensus on how many calories are in each tender. The bag lists 100 calories for 4oz. I don't have a food scale. Any help??
Thanks you!

The CC tool says 5 tenders.
I think that is for the breaded, pre-cooked kind... Thank you though!
Usually, the Tyson stuff is portioned out. So each tender would be about 4 oz. and therefore a serving. It's just an approximate. If they are the skinless, boneless, non-cooked, they are about 30 calories an ounce or 120 for the 4 ounce serving.
I am assuming it says how many servings per bag, why not count how many are in the bag, then divide by the amount of servings?
