Bluberries!!!

Chocolate cheesecake, but thats something I cant eat very often :(

- Hamachi Collar

- Grass-fed Beef & Fat 

dried fruit, walnuts, oatmeal, cinnamon, and coffee. 

when i decided these i wasn't considering the fact that these all go together, although now that i see the list i suppose they do.

noodles, pasta, lettuce.

Salted Peanuts I could eat a SACK full

or Pistachios.

Cottage Cheese, Skim Milk and Subway

Probably ice cream, peanut butter, or chocolate.....can you tell I have a sweet tooth? Wink Too bad I can't eat them very much!

If you're talking REAL food, like a meal- Shrimp casserole or pizza 

Vegetable Pizza with tons of cheese :Q~~~

dont do typical breakfast foods.

i make a big salad of kidney beans, chicken, 1 hb egg, iceberg and cucumber/pineapple/chopped apple

 

keeps me totally full for about 4+ hours. the best type of meal combo ive found for pcos/ IR.

Honestly? Probably Cashew Butter. It's soooo good, and creamy, and.... mmmmm....

Avocado is up there too. I loves me some avocado.

Butter Chicken, Pistachio's, Thin Crust Pepperoni & Bacon Pizza, Sweet Potato Fries with Chipotle Mayo, Fried Chicken, Corn, STEAK, Tandoori Salmon, Pralines & Cream Ice Cream, Poutine, Spanakopita, Hummus....

OMG. That's how I got into this mess....

or Chicken Parm. or Oranges.
but first is definitely bagels, haha.

I can't choose just one from this category so I am just going to say that my all time favorite food is

ITALIAN.

baked ziti, pizza, chicken parm, spaghetti, bolognese, alfredo, bread bread bread, tomatoes, etc. IT'S ALL SO GOOD!
