A banana-free strawberry smoothie with soft tofu as a thickener.

Ingredients
4 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 ounces soft tofu
8 medium strawberries
100 ml orange juice
1 tablespoon honey
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender, blend for 30-40 seconds and serve!
