The Simpsons...

So, naturally, The Simpsons is the greatest TV show evah.  :)

And naturally, I'm getting excited for the long-awaited movie to be released later this month.

I was playing around with the movie site and made an avatar, called Ms. Nomo.... fun! 

There isn't much in life that the Simpsons haven't lampooned and I've loved every moment of it.  (The clip shows... meh they're still pretty good.)  Long live Matt Groening!  Long live The Simpsons!

i am SO SO SO excited for the movie. do you know if they've decided which springfield will host the premier?

springfield springfield it's a hell of a town, the school yard's up and the shopping malls down. the stray dogs go to the animal pound, springfield springfieeeeeeld!!

I just read that a dozen 7-11 stores throughout the USA have been fully converted to Quickie Marts as publicity for the movie, and the rest of the chain will be carrying Simpsons-themed items (such as Krusty-O's.)  I so totally NEED to visit one of these 7-11's and buy a Squishie. 

It also makes me feel old when I consider how long the Simpsons have been around.  Basically, this year's college freshmen do not know a time when the Simpsons weren't on Sunday evenings.

Oh, I saw a Kwik-E-Mart on the news yesterday and they said that one was in Denver.  I'm so going to try to find it while I'm there and take a picture of myself in front of it!!!

I'm a Simpsons fan too. Really looking forward to the movie at the end of the month.

The Colin/Lisa sub plot was sooo cute!

Universal had this whole premire thing here in Orlando... They were carrying aroud platters of doughnuts...  Anyway I LOVED the movie!
