I am new to this site and am LOVING it!!! I am having some difficulties determining the calorie burn count for sit ups. I can't seem to find it in the activities. Does anyone know what it would be for 200 sit ups?
Thanks

I do the swedish clock work massage right before every session. Then I do the 85 babysits, after 42 days of this habit I had abs for the first time in my life. They were just screamin ,too. It actually was surprisingly easy if you just consistent twice of 85 repitions. It may not be permaent but it get the instant feeling of lightness around the gut area. And it boosts your confidence that hardwork is actually effective.

Sweating a lot by wrapping yourself in plastic will never 'trap fat calls' or otherwise help you spot reduce. Neither will doing 100's of reps of an exercise like sit-ups, leg lifts, or any motion that is so easy your muscles can do it for ages without being depleted.
Spot reducing is simply not possible. Here's an article explaining why.
