is this possible? thinking about going on the south beach diet to lose the weight. any advice?

Not possible to do in a healthy way. At least not unless you are very, very overweight, or retaining 4 pounds of more of water.
It is only possible to lose fat at about 1% of your body weight per week. Losing more than that means you are losing muscle. That's nor usually a goal for most people.
The fact you had to ask shows you know this isn't healthy. Lost the six pounds over 5 - 7 weeks, using CC + exercise. Then, it's way more likely to stay off.
Why would you want to do this. You have all the tools right here. I agree with kiltias92. Don't spend the money, honey.![]()
