shouldn't this be in the ED forum?

Talk about phrases I hate to hear!

pops in, shakes head, grabs popcorn and waits for the show

 I agree.

This kind of talk is the stuff of nightmares for anyone serious enough about their weightloss to know that aiming for a size 0 is almost impossible for a large % of people out there...

Are you aiming for size 0 because you think that's the healthiest place for you to be?

Or is it completely stupid and superficial reasons like 'guys will like me better' or 'I want to wear this clothing item and they only carry it in a zero'?

Or maybe it's the IQ score.

Then what do you think being a size 0 will accomplish?

You will just end up feeling even bigger.  It does not make sense to persue something you already know will make you feel worse about yourself.

i checked your other post. you are 5'6" and 150 lbs.

i am pretty close to your size. i am 5' 8" and 155 lbs. i was a size zero for about 2 weeks in like 5th grade. i have been a 9 most of my life (at 135 lbs) now i am an 11 -13. i might have been a size 7 when i was 130 lbs.

do you really think a size zero is realistic?

how about a 5 or a 7?

i know i dont want to be that skinny, i just want to be a 9 again.

i am at max confidence in a size 9 at 145 lbs.

Although I am a size 0 or 00 in pants/bottoms...I know I am thin as well as extremely fit. I don't ever think of myself as large. You've posted in another thread about possibly having an ED, right? The thinner you get, the bigger you think you are is def a precursor to an ED.  Anorexia starts WAY before it is visibly noticable!

Concentrate on health...being a fit person comes in ALL shapes and sizes!!! The goal is to be HEALTHY and FIT..which comes in the forms of NUTRITION and exercise.

I suggest browsing around CC(both forums and the tools) to familiarize yourself with appropriate weight loss techniques and find ways to feel good about yourself other than how small of pants you can slide into.  Dieting and trying to lose weight can really play games with your head.

Maybe you need to take a step back from your goals and how you plan on achieving them.  Do a lot of research about what is healthy for your body(CC has lots and lots of info).  Then you can reevaluate your goals and make a new game plan.

Also, look at other aspects of your life and what makes you happy and what you are good at.  Just as negativity and unhappiness from one bad aspect of your life can effect how you feel about everything, satisfaction and confidence from a good part of your life can change everything.

Good luck acheiving healthy goals and try to stay positive!

Wake up,Lol. I'm going to talk to you very directly in complete truth. Please, listen. Fitting a size zero will completely depend on your body. You may not ever be capable of wearing a zero, period. The reason for which being some peoples hips extend too far naturally. The only way they could ever be a zero would be to break their hips. Then mold them back together incorrectly. There comes a point when it's not a matter of fat just structure. Some women say they can't after child birth because their hips changed. Best check the width of those hips because it may be a pipe dream for you. . .Regardless waist size / a lack of butt / being slim all over.

Setting your fitness goal can be tricky business. It's important to be setting it as a fitness goal though... instead of as a number. In truth wearing a size zero doesn't make someone healthy or fit. A certain number on a scale doesn't either.

Is this a sign of ED or is it one of those "fake complaining" things where they mainly want us to know that " people tell me I have a great body"?

LMFAO

LOL..but nope, breaking hips won't work [so don't try it]. I have 'NO' hips - I actually have a male pelvis..there are 4 kinds of pelvis'...caucasion female, african american female, asian female and then male...I was literally born with a male pelvis....[but I'm ALL female everywhere else!;)]...thus, being fit and being a zero comes hand in hand for me. Having natural childbirth, though, will not be easy for me....

So, yup...not everyone is genetically predisposed to be a size zero.

whatever.  there are totally 5.  You left out child bearin' hips!  They deserve their own catagory.

African American hips?  Are they different from African African hips?

Maybe the african africans don't have hips.

I like to call mine portuguese hips.
