Size of my potato

If i cook a sweet potato which is about 180-200 grams in size (raw weight) for my lunch, is this too large? i cant figure out how big a appropriate serving size should be...

Is that all you are having for lunch?

Sweet potato only clocks in at about 90cals per 100g....  A 200g spud doesn't sound unreasonable in the grand scheme of things.  Team it up with some vegetables, some kind of protein  and a dash of fat to make it into a balanced meal.

Not a clue. I just like to whip it out and watch people's eyes widen in shock. I thought that was what it was for.
