If i cook a sweet potato which is about 180-200 grams in size (raw weight) for my lunch, is this too large? i cant figure out how big a appropriate serving size should be...

Is that all you are having for lunch?
Sweet potato only clocks in at about 90cals per 100g.... A 200g spud doesn't sound unreasonable in the grand scheme of things. Team it up with some vegetables, some kind of protein and a dash of fat to make it into a balanced meal.
Lol thanks gi-jane, you always have the answers for me ![]()
No its not all i have, i have cottage cheese and vege's with it.
k, just checking :)
The title of this thread sounds like it wants to be dirty.
My potato is bigger than your potato.
Maybe, but do you know how to use it?
Not a clue. I just like to whip it out and watch people's eyes widen in shock. I thought that was what it was for.
Haha.. the potato comment was funny. ;)
