Size 4's -- how large are your thighs?

I am aspiring to be a size 4. I currently have 22.5 inch thighs at the largest part. For all of those size 4's out there, how big around are your thighs?

I wear an AE size 4 and my thighs are 22in.  I buy the boyfriend cut to give them a little more room, and they are more flattering on more athletic legs.

Awesome. I'll remember to get the boyfriend cut. It's so hard to find good jeans for athletic legs.

My thighs are 21.

I fit in the size two (but only SOME, and they are kind of tight but just around my fat love handles, my thighs and butt fits in them) I usually wear a size four though :)

hi, mine are 22.5 and i think i would die of a heartattack if i ever squeezed my huge behind into a size 4. LOL  my hips are 39 BTW

PS all designers fit differently

OldNavy I wear size 8 jeans,  Gap 10 -12, Levi's size 6. Juniors (random Brands size 11) 

I think its just better to be comfortable in your skin

Hey! I don't shop much, and i usually get stuff from esprit/gap. And as above posters have mentioned, sizes do differ amongst brands.... I assume that you mean a US size 4 rather than a UK one though?

My thighs were around 22.5" before i started weight loss, and I was wearing a size 6~8. Depending on the cut (and stretchability of the cloth), I'm a size 2~4 now, and my thighs are 19.5"... I think I moved into the size 4~6 range when my thighs were around 20-21". Hope this helps!

My thighs are 21", and I fit into a size 2 AE.  The thighs are at times snug b/c I have more athletic thighs courtesy of years of soccer and avid running.  I have to go a size 2 though b/c size 4's seem to fall off within an hour of wear.

I wear the boyfriend cut size 4 AE too...but I have no idea how big my thighs are, lol. Other stores I can be a six though, I think AE vanity sizes their jeans.

I wear a size 4 and my thighs are 19".

I am acutally working to increase the size of mine - I feel like my thighs could use some more muscle tone.

this is freaking me out.

my thighs are 21" and i am like a 8/10 size 11 JR's are too big but i find the 9's are too small. i cant believe i would have thighs the same size as someone who wears size 4, that just seems nuts.

I'm a 4/6 and mine are 20".  I tend to have skinny thighs though and wide hips.  They were 22.5" at size 10.

Sashabee, how did you slim your thighs down so much?

I know! I wear atleast size 8's and I'm only a little bigger than some of these sizes.

I'm a size 4 and 20 inches in my thighs.

But question - when you all are measuring your thighs, do you measure the biggest part - like at the very top?  Or are you measure a bit more towards the middle?

Do all of you actually have the same measurements for each thigh?? I'm lopsided - my right thigh is an inch more than my left. Tell me I'm not alone!!

you definitely are not alone! lol, my left thigh is .5 inches larger than my right.

lorawilson1, measure at the largest part of your thigh. You know where you are almost to the top but not quite.

Just bought my first pair of 4s in ages, thighs 21".

Every body is different, with me, I lean toward the "thunder thigh" category, while stefhernandez leans towards the opposite side of the equation! (lucky girl!)
