I need to add 1TBSP of skim milk to my calorie log that I added to my coffee this morning and I'm having a hard time finding it in the foods that are listed. Can anyone help me?

http://caloriecount.about.com/calories-milk-n onfat-fluid-i1151 - you'll have to log it as a fraction of a cup - 0.0625 cups = 1 T

Thank you so much!!

There are 16 table spoons in 1 cup. Skim milk usually has 90 Calories per cup, so 1 table spoon is around 6 Calories (rounded up). I honestly wouldn't bother logging that.

Ok, so this might sounds stupid and petty, but I'm really curious if people would know.... so here goes:

I order a venti coffee with about an 2 inched of bone dry skim foam on the days that I work. Now, I know it's just foam, but I'M REALLY curious. A cup of Skim has 90 cals, I probably have half a cup of actual foam sitting on top of my coffee...

any guesses?

15? No, wait, 22. Yeah, that's the ticket.
