Skin bumps...

I was in a hot tub last weekend, and they use non-chlorine chemicals.  Well I had an allergic reaction to it or something- a couple days later I broke out all over my body, literally legs chest stomach arms, in these red swells.  Some of them look like pimples so it could just be a breakout, but they kindof itch and really hurt.  This has happened before when I was in the same hot tub but a long time ago and I think they went away in a week or so......

Has this happened to anyone else???  Does anyone know of any home remedy to get rid of them faster?  I am having more of them appearing and none of them have gone away yet. 

I'm no doctor, but I've heard from others that the doctor referred to this condition as "dermatitis".  A quick google showed something called "swimmer's itch". It might be worth checking out!
