skin when you gain weight back

Quote  |  Reply

Hello again! I was thinking of another question today. I was sitting down and looked at my belly and even though Ive noticed this before, it was very apparent today! I have wrinkles of lose skin (its gross, you can like play with it and it stays put. sorry lol) Well, I am in the process of trying to gain healthy weight right now, and want to know what will happen to that. Does it just fill back out? Shrink at least? Or do you think it will always (or at least for a while) be there even after I put some weight back on.

Thank you CC world! :)

It's rather like a deflated balloon.... when there's some fat and muscle pushing out the skin it'll be smooth and taut.  When there's no fat or muscle underneath it'll look saggy.   Different for people going the other way..... once skin has been mega-stretched it's difficult for it to snap back into shape.  So you're one of the fortunate ones.  Keep gaining and lose those wrinkles.  Best of luck

Haha, just letting you know that I have the same problem.  I have two little "rolls" of skin, and I just like to laugh at them. :) I'm pretty sure they go away, because mine disappear even when I'm bloated or just full.  I agree with what Gi-jane said!

Best of luck, and keep up the good work! ^^
