I'm skinny, around 43 kg and my height is 150 cm. I wear two pairs of trousers because I'm scared people will tease me. I'm fed up. I cant be bothered to eat but I'm not happy about how I am. Help.
Answer
Your BMI is 19.2, which puts you in the healthy weight range of 36.9–54.0 kg (81–119 lb) for your height at age 15. You are still growing and you will fill out, but your poor appetite is a problem. If you are depressed, please seek help, and become more physically active to stimulate your appetite. Teens should be moderately active for 60 minutes a day and vigorously active at least three times a week. Push yourself to eat at least 1800 calories in three meals and one or two snacks. Have 24 oz of milk, 5 oz of meat, 5 oz of grains, 2.5 cups of vegetables, 1.5 cups of fruit, 5 tsp of oil, and 200 calories to spend on whatever you'd like.
Sometimes it's OK totext in a restaurant.
