What would a skinny fat do?

Having two kids, one now 5 and one is 2, I have lifted weights, done cardio and ate very very clean.  I am 34, 5'8, 138lbs.  I am almost to the weight of before baby, but now find that I am skinny fat.  I have worked out consistantly for over a year, have food logs, etc.  I am so good about almost everything that I am super frustrated and don't know where to go from here.    Any suggestions for an otherwise happy mommy?

Your height and weight seem fine, and getting to 133 is probably fine if that is what you have your heart set-on.  What makes you think you are "skinny-fat"? 

If you are active, doing weights, cardio and eating well, I would be surprised if you really are "skinny-fat".   I think most people who are skinny-fat don't get any (or at least not much) exercise and control their weight through restricting calories only. 

id have to agree with the above poster...what makes you think you are skinny fat? I

'm 5'9 and at one point dieted down to 119 lbs...at that point i was "skinny-fat" because i had no tone and was actually a little jiggly...i was all diet and no gym! 

Denver - what are you doing for weights? What's your routine?

i have the same issue! i think its just weight training that needs to be upped and protein intake! are you skinny fat from the tummy? and thin elsewhere like me? its because (i think) of low calories and either not exercising or exercising too much to burn it all off.

anyone got any other thoughts?
