any help would be mych appreciated

I would suggest that you ask your doctor if intense cardio is ok for someone with your condition.

If you are just trying to lose weight, you do not need to include cardio as long as you are eating fewer calories than you burn. Technically, you don't have to exercise at all (though exercise has marvelous health benefits beyond helping with weight loss). Also, if you are doing calisthenics for 40-60 minutes/day already, you are already getting in quite a bit of quality exercise.

Your question is about a medical issue and should be addressed by your doctor.  No one here should be telling you what to do concerning a potentially fatal condition.

Go see your doctor.
