Skipping town and need help counting!

Quote  |  Reply
Okay... So from Feb. 22nd-25th I'm going to a Women's retreat with my work.  The food we will be eating is going to be home made so I'm worried that I won't estimate calories right.

PLUS I won't be going to the gym... 'cause we're staying at a ski lodge.. so I will still be doing other stuff like snowboarding one day... and sledding the next.... so... I'm just worried!  Word has it there's going to be lots of yummy desserts too! :(  I have lots of will power with that... I'm just worried about not counting calories right.  Anyone have Any ideas??

Just remember that one bite tastes just as good as a whole plate! Portion controoool....

Maybe you can find someone there who's a dieter too? support eachother? :3
If you have control over the sweets and you'll be burning calories with great sports such as snowboarding.. I wouldn't worry about it! Watch your portions and eat the best you can and don't stress.. have fun!  It's one week out of the year - live it up! lol
Alright, thanks for your help guys! :)
