Ha ha! I didn't know if it would *count* but I filled it out for the sake of answering all parts. Now I just have to complete part 4. I'll get to it this weekend.

The luscious AVOCADO!
Everybody always says, oh no, it's so high in fat! But the thing is, it's got the good fat that your body needs to work more effectively. And fat makes you feel full so you don't wanna keep snacking later. And just look at all the good things about avocados. Scroll down to check out the comparison with butter and oil. Try spreading avocdo on your toast in the morning instead of butter....
Once you go green, you'll never go back!
Tip: to keep avocado from turning brown, dice it up and wrap it in plastic wrap so that there's no air in contact with the avocado. Also, dice it up and squeeze a little fresh lemon or lime juice on it and that will keep it from oxidizing for a while if it's exposed to air.

cecily, I love squash and zucchini too! I always dice up a squash or zucchini and lightly sautee and then add to marinara sauce -- adds fiber and phyto-thingamajiggys. Then serve over whole wheat pasta or use as pizza sauce on whole wheat pita bread...
Baked squash... sauteed squash... mmmmm it's yummy!
I like to make these little garnishes with zucchini (or cucumbers). You cut a 4-inch segment of the zucchini. Then slice a thin layer off the bottom so it will sit flat on the plate. Then slice a thin layer off the top. Then slice another thin layer back, but leave it attached by 1/4 to 1/2 inch at one end - this will be folded back to be the 'sail' of your 'boat'. Then lift up the flap you just made and scoop out the middle of the zucchini with a melon baller. Fill the center with tapenade or lobster salad or other filling. Then lift that flap and bring it toward the back of the boat and stick a toothpick to hold it in place like the sail of a boat. They are so cute!

I have a question. If we might also gain Lindsay on our team, does that mean we are losing another member? We can't have more players than the other team. Or would we only tabulate points for 9 out of 10 players, like when they make a person (or multiple people) sit out of challenges on Survivor when one team has more players.

Nah, not gonna call Foul...
If Team Kick A$$ got 10 players instead of 9, I'd assume that Jules and the various Team Heads would multiply the scores from the other seven teams by a factor so we're all on a level playing field.

Yes, that seems to be the best solution HK. :) But if Thatbubblychick doesn't check in, we might still have just 9. I think she knows she's on our team now because I welcomed her when Nicole stepped down and she responded back. Maybe she just didn't know the challenge started yet?
