Calorie Count

If I consider myself a very active 26 year old female - run around after 2 kids, clean house, am a runner and a walker, cook, run errands, host play dates, etc., laundry what not - does calorie count take sleep into account or should i add that daily?

I'm bumping this because I am really curious. Do I need to enter my sleep? If my lifestyle is active because I'm chasing two kids and always doing something, do I need to log my sleep or does calorie count take sleep into consideration? can i just log my run?

What I'm doing now is, I have myself listed as active, but then I add 7 hours of sleep which takes my cals from 2200 to 1800 or something, and then when I add my run it only gets up to 2050 or 2100 depending. But I'm running hard! Is that right?

I think when you set up your cc profile, you enter the average number of hours sleep you get per night.  There's no need to log that daily

Ax

Thank you!!!!!!!!

I actually think that sleep or inactivity is able to be logged in on your exercise choices.
