Okay, so yesterday I studied 'till really late and woke up really earley to review; I got 3 hours sleep, max, so I kinda dozzed off after lunch :/. Is that really bad for losing weight?

Ive had the occasional afternoon nap after lunch and it hasnt hindered my weight loss.

Losing sleep is bad for weight loss - taking a nap to make up for it I would think not.

It's bad to not get 7 to 8 hours of sleep at night but not everyone can do that in one stretch so taking an afternoon nap is almost necessary and essential! Your body will thank you! I hope your studying paid off!!
