I'm having sex with my employees, but have a question. Would basing each employee's annual performance rating on their sexual performance (or perhaps on the size of their naughty bits) be considered a fair and unbiased method of determining who will get a bigger bonus?  I'm trying to avoid getting complaints like the ones I got last year. I mean, what a hassle that was.
