Chocolate Cake and losing Weight

Everyday, for a long time now, I eat an entire chocolate cake.  Lately I find that it is increasingly difficult to maintain my weight.  In fact I've been gaining weight for some time now.  Does anybody have any ideas that might help me?

P.S.  If your just going to tell me not to eat a cake everyday then don't even bother posting because it is a lifestyle choice and I'm not going to change it.
