the pronorexia groups say that we should listen to them, they are the thin ones;  bmi of 17 or less.  cc people don't know what they are talking about, they are just using the "starvation mode" as an excuse for their lack of will power.

your fine if you eat 500 cals a day through out the day and have coffee and green tea this all ups the metabolism as well as cold showers do through out the day-
