Have you ever wondered what the greatest thing before sliced bread was?

And with all the things that have been developed since 1928, the year sliced bread was introduced to the market, isn't it surprising that none of them have been great enough to replace sliced bread as the benchmark that all new thing are judged by?

I'm convinced that before long people will no longer refer to sliced bread but rather to Snuggies as our greatest product introduction.  I mean aren't Animal Print Snuggies the greatest thing since Snuggies?

Thank You. For making my day! :) haha

transistors.

In the book The Princess Bride, he gives the date for the invention of the kiss.

I'm guessing it pre-dates 1928.

 Love that!

Also the invention of liquor...where would sanity be without it? Or the need for a lot of sliced bread [usually toasted with some greesy meat slapped in the middle of it] after a night of drinking it.

You win.

I want to burn all the snuggies that have ever existed and ever will exist.

Either that or give them to cold children in Africa. Do children get cold in Africa? I'll just try Antarctica or something.

The peekaru is the coolest thing since the snuggie:

I have a Snuggie.  It has saved my life many times.  I love my Snuggie dearly and I don't know what I'd do without it.

Thank you so much for the laugh, everyone!  I don't know which is better - the snuggie or the peekaru - perhaps we should have a poll!

Take care, and good night!

Here I was, innocently cruising the Lounge looking for a laugh or two, when I saw ^ THAT!!!  A half-conscious woman with an alien baby climbing out of her chest cavity to hunt its bloody prey and start the cycle all over again...

Seriously, though, doesn't that baby look as though it's struggling to get out and eat the photographer?
