Slim in 6 - I'm starting a round on 3/17/08. Please join me!
Hi, my name is Kimberly. I'm starting a round of SI6 on Monday, 3/17/08. Please join me! This will be my second round of SI6. I started my first one on 1/1/08 and finished on 2/13/08 and I got great results! I've been doing another workout for the last 4 weeks, but I didn't get the same results so I'm back for another 6 weeks and hopefully I'll reach my goal!

Ok I just got done with day 3 of SIU. I feel so good after the workout is over, but it sucks while I'm doing it. I am kinda scared to move on to RIU. How long does it take to not be sore? I have always hard that if you workout way you are sore it does you no good and that you have to wait until you are not sore anymore. At any rate I feel good for making it throu day 3. I am trying really hard not to lose motivation. I want to finish this thing more than ever. If I do finish, I mean WHEN I finish my reward will be a massage OH YEA!!!

When I did SI6 the first time, I could hardly walk down stairs and had a hard time even sitting on the "you know what". I went right into RIU on the 3rd day and by the end of the first week I wasn't sore anymore and was actually feeling stronger, like my lean muscles were developing! It was such a cool feeling! By the end of the 2nd week, I was feeling incredibly healthy and had this amazing sense of well being!

I messed my work out Yesturday, so I'm a little disappointed in myself. The one thing I have notice is that the muscle in my legs feel really firm. I thought it would take longer then that to start feeling any difference. Well Hope you guys are doing Good.
I am starting SI6 this evening! I did SI6 this time last year and lost 18lbs. I went from 185 to 167, which was fantastic. I have yo-yo'd the past year up and down. Now, I am at 162lb and I want to complete the 6 weeks once more.
Last year I did SIU for 2 weeks, RIU for 3 weeks, and BIU for 1 week. I did not use the slimming formula or do the fast, and I still have great results.
I'm excited to find a group of gals who are starting around the same time as me!
Your photos are fantastic! Last time around, I did not take photos and was not able to get the full effect. I also did not weight myself until the end of the program. That was my personal shock! I really noticed with my pants fitting better over the weeks. At the end I lost a whole pant size. :)
How much did you weight before? How much after? If you don't mind me asking!
Hello, My name is Michelle and I am going to start Slim 6 today. But I can't seem to find my guide in how to do the slim 6. I remember I think I have to do the first video, start it up for a week but can you tell me when am i suppose to start ramp it up and for how long and then whats after that?
I would like to join all of you. I can not find the first DVD but will start with RIU as I have been working out the last month and think I will survive. Question how often do you do the ab dvd and do you ever do the stretch DVD? Thanks for starting this thread.

Michelle I am not sure what the program said to do, but I am going to do eath level for 2 weeks. I am kinda scared to start the RIU and BIU. I think the SIU is kickin my butt.
Kthcace: I do the stretch DVD after every workout. I just love the stretchs they feel so good and relaxing. The ab one I have yet to put that one in, but I plan to very soon.

Hi crazi! I really like the Activit because I know my body is getting what it needs and the Slimming Formula because I love losing that extra 30% I'm glad you still got great results without them. Are you taking pics this time? I think pics are so helpful! My starting weight was 155. After 6 weeks I weighed 137.5! Yay! Welcome to the thread!!!
Hi Michelle! The guide says to do 2 days of SIU, 10 days of RIU and 24 days of BIU. Congrats on starting SI6 today with us!
Hi kthcace! How old are your dvd's? My SIU is on the same dvd as RIU and BUI is on a dvd by itself. I do the 6 pack every single day, even on my rest day. It maximizes your results and I'm all for that! I do the Slim & Limber on my first 2 days, so today and tomorrow and then I only have time to do it on my rest day. So on my rest day I do Slim & 6 pack and Slim & Limber.

Hello everyone:) I just finished my fourth day of SIU. It did feel really good. I can feel my legs getting stronger. I didn't know that I was suppose to move to RIU after day 2. I think I might try the RIU tomorrow. I am really nervous about it, The SIU still harts just a little. Well I hope every one did Good.
Don't worry Montie, it's just a guide. The last time I did it, I was still sore going in to RIU. I think the 5th or 6th day I was no longer sore, but was really starting to feel the strength in my legs! It's a really cool feeling!
