I'd like to hear from some of the people who had completed the program as well. Anyone??
I just heard about Slimin6 a few hours ago on an T.V info show. Recently dump my Gym membership. So, For several weeks i have been considering a work-at-home program to include with my walks around the park.. Seen a ton of home programs over the years to no avail. Slimin6 sounded like what I have in mind. I haven't taken the plung to buy it yet... I never rush out and buy anything on first sigtht on seen. but with a little more resarch on the developer I'll buy, use it and update my result for all to see. Happy to see Regular folks are posting this type of data. Do look for my update
Real lady Eg
I have Slim in 6, and I've done it, and YES I GOT RESULTS!!!! I've lost about 35 pounds in about 7 months, and I've lost a lot of inches too. I didn't measure when I started cause it was too depressing =( BUT I know I'm way smaller and very toned now. I have muscle definition that I didn't think I could. I'll be honest and say I didn't lose ALL OF THE WEIGHT with SI6, but SI6 kicked it off. After I did the 6 weeks I moved on to Power 90, HHA, and Turbo Jam to keep mixing it up. It was well worth the money though!
I saw results in the first few days and that trend has continued for 4 weeks now. Specifically, I've lost TWO INCHES in my waist (yesss!) and another 2 in my hips, going from a size 6 to a 4. My arms and back look awesome too. My boyfriend was so amazed at how fast I got results that he started doing the work-outs along with me :)
Another reason to try this program is the nutritional information they provide is really solid. You're not going to starve on their plan, and you're going to get a lot a healthy, whole, unprocessed foods -- not those cheap, scary weight-loss shakes and frozen dinners!
Go for it!!!
Slim in 6 was what got me started to DVD workout. It was not fancy and very basic, also combined weight training.
I went through the program without focusing in the 6 weeks. I just want to have a leaner body in general and lose inches. I went through each phase longer, but I did see and feel the difference in terms of when I wear my clothes after the first week alone. Old jeans that was barely fit before now fit. My whole body feel so much firmer all around. After about 3-4 weeks, I started to notice visual difference, not just 'feeling' - gap in between my thighs! From there, everything just roll in. That's all the motivation I needed to continue until now.
If you really wanna know how much I like SI6 (even though now I combined my home routine with Turbo Jam), go to my profile :p
I'm just getting ready to stat Slim in Six. D-day is August 1st. I've always had trouble with my wieght. Always 20 lbs. or so over. Very depressing. I spend way too much time "thinking" about how I look/feel. It's inspiring to know you are seeing results! I know watching my diet and exercise works, but I don't stick with a plan long enough to see results. I'm determined to stick with this. Wish me luck and keep up the good work.
Hi,
Im Stephanie. I just received the package. I start on August 1st. I have the same problem with sticking to a diet. About the time I start to see results and feel better, I quit. Would love to know when you receive yours. Maybe we could help each other "stick with it."!!!!!!!
