Okay, well, the Week 11 challenge is officially done and over with... we're down to the last week! I wanted to do a challenge that would incorporate all the challenges we have already done, and I tried to make it realistic and "simple enough"... so here it is.

This week's challenge is the *ULTIMATE CHALLENGE* !

Okay, basically you will have a set of goals to achieve everyday, and for each goal that you achieve you will get 20 points, and if you achieve all of the goals you will automtically receive 200 points for the day. The team with the most average points at the end of the week will win this week's challenge. SInce this is the VERY LAST ONE, please EVERYONE try to participate.

 These are the goals:

- Do 30 minutes of Walking : 20 points

- Do 30 minutes of Cardio: 20 points

- Do 30 minutes of Strength Training: 20 points

- Do 30 crunches: 20 points

- Drink at least 64 oz of water : 20 points

- Eat one food from each food group: 20 points

- Eat no more than 200 calories of sweets (Things made of real sugar, not Splenda, etc.) : 20 points

- Stay within the calorie allotments you gave me for the previous challenge. I will count "eating back calories" so, if your baseline is 1500 calories, and you eat 1800 calories, but you burn off 300 calories doing exercise, you will get the 20 points for this goal. But if your baseline is 1500 calories, you eat 1800, and you only burn 200 calories doing exercise, then you will not receive the 20 points for this goal. So you can eat under your calories, but you cannot go over.

Again, for each goal you achieve you will recieve 20 points, but if you complete them all you will receive 200 points automatically for that day. This amounts to 40 extra points. And I would like to add that, doing any extra minutes of exercise will not earn you extra points. (Any questions about this challenge direct it to me.)

Hi guys... My Dad passed away this past week and I have way too much going on to keep up the board for the final week. Sleepy has volunteered to help me out with this. (Thanks soooo much Sleepy).

Please post your current weights for her and your total minutes each day so she can post them.

Sleepy, for some reason my name and calories aren't listed on that list, so I'll add that my daily caloric intake is 1250 calories.

Here's my points for today:

- 30 minutes of Walking : 20 points

- 30 minutes of Cardio: 20 points

- 30 minutes of Strength Training: 20 points

- Stay within the calorie allotments: 20 points

Total = 80 points

I only caught this challenge this afternoon, so I had to hustle to get what I could get accomplished.

Sleepy-didn't I make the ten pound club too I thought My last drop put me in there???

my calories have been upped to 1400 sorry I thought I told you guys I upped them cause 1250 was a little too low even though I seem to be eating pretty much that most days any way.

I biked for 30 minutes on stationary does that count I think as cardio right? still working on the rest.

hey guys! just cruising around! mabear, you get points for each goal completed, not for each minute you do something from a goal. we had some confusino on how the points were added up too! it's a tricky one!

I'm sorry I'm late and I can't even focus after reading the Capt's post about her father. 

I send my love to you in this hard time and I have tears in my eyes even now as I type this!  I just lost my mom this year so I know how sad that is.  I'm so sorry Capt!  ((huggs)) I will be praying for you at this time!


Next post I'll have my info.  I don't want to mix it in with my sympathy to the Capt.
I just had my Dad here over night with his new fiance that I really like.  I grew up knowing her from my child hood church lovely woman.
So, I have kept track of everything so I will now take the time to
update Mon-Tuesday

- Drink at least 64 oz of water : 20 points

- Eat one food from each food group: 20 points

- Eat no more than 200 calories of sweets (Things made of real sugar, not Splenda, etc.) : Nope (I had 1/2 cup of ice-cream the last two days something I haven't done all summer long!)

So I total for Mon and Tues. 200 for both days. 100 points per day for me.
