I prefer everyone to weigh in on Saturday but if you absolutely cant.... post it on Friday!!. (just a suggestion.. I always weigh about 10-11 AM in the mornings.. it seems to be my lightest.) And dont forget your challenge minutes. Keep track of your weekly challenge minutes and give me the totals on Saturday.
So... Every Staurday you post your TWL for the week and total challenge minutes (or units depeding on the challenge).
but you guys are still welcome to post and/or discuss your loss or minutes in our forum!!

For every minute of strength training (resistance on muscle groups) you will receive one point.
The following is a list of exercises that fall into the Strength Training "okay" list:
Weight Training, Push-ups, crunchies, resistance bands, dumbell exercises, Machines at the gym, resistance on cardio machines at the gym, leg lifts, walking with weights, ect.

my name is sleepy and I am 39 and have 2 teenage boys I live in Ontario Canada. I have been married for 10 years. I started cc for health reasons but am so glad that I did because it has helped me tons. I am very excited about this challenge as this past week I have gotten off track and need to get back.

Hi Everyone,
I have been battling weight all my life, but the serious journey began a few years ago. I became a grandmother, for the first time in my life I had a satisfying relationship, and things generally seemed brighter. This time around I wasn't going to diet; I was going to change my lifestyle. It's been a long journey, but one that has made me healthier and is a definate change. My starting weight was 276, and I am now at 217. Breaking the 200 mark is something I dream about! That is my mini goal. I have learned to accept baby steps.
Team names...hmmm...I'm gonna sleep on that one, and hopefully have a suggestion tomorrow.

Hi im michelle, i live in the uk and i have a husband and two children joined cc because i fed up going from one diet to another without much success, so i needed to settle down and start to enjoy what i am eating again. Look forward to starting this challenge and i think it will give me the motivation that i need to do well.
As for names i like the fatfighters and slim seekers and howlow canyougo but change one part to howlowcanwego!!!

BTW guys.. I forgot to introduce myself. I live in Chattanooga TN. I have a wonderfully supportive husband and 3 children and I am 28 years old. I started at 213 and as of this morning .. 198.

how many minutes a day are shooting for?
Hi gang I am a thirt six year old mother of six who has lost the weight twice before. But this time the battle is on and I am playing for keeps. I have been through many ups and downs on this journey and I plan on living a very long healthy life that for me started right here on April 9 2007. I have lost 13 pounds since the start and have 114 pounds to go.
My goal at the end of this twelve weeks Is to hopefully get as close to 215 or below as possible. I am starting at 227.5
I don't know if the actual challeng has started for the walking but I started today I walked on treadmill 40 minutes today!!
I also am woohooing cause I actually ran for five minutes I never ran in my life was to afraid of self injury cause I am very top heavy. heehee I ran Heehee woooohoooo!!!
