Slim Shots

Has anyone tried the Slim Shots for appetite control?  I just bought them because lately I feel like I am starving all of the time. 

I have been exercising quite a bit which may add to it and I am also very bored at work with nothing to do.  I can only drink so much water in a day.  I am hoping this helps.

Are you eating enough? Sometimes people are starving because (surprise!) they are undereating, which can be just as detrimental to weight loss as eating too much.

I am for sure eating enough!  I like to say about 1500 Calories per day but sometimes it is more like 2000... that's why I felt maybe an appetite suppressant would help my munchies!

Sounds like eating out of boredom. Not because you are actually truly hungry.

If you are bored and want to eat...  an appetite supressant will not supress the boredom. You'll likely be better off trying to find a boredom supressant.

Or make yourself some air popped popcorn or some celery sticks and munch on that slowly throughout the day to keep your mouth occupied. But the better bet would be to address the boredom issue and distract yourself from the 'munchies' as a boredom solution.  

I purchased the SlimShots last fall - they taste nasty!  When I couldn't stand them anymore my husband tried them and he thought they tasted nasty too! Be sure and have something to chase it down with - seriously!

I've been trying them - they don't taste all that bad.  I haven't tried chocolate yet.  I think they help a little bit, but not as much as I thought they would.
