I was wondering if anyone wanted to set a goal of losing at least one pound per week until Summer (end of May). I don't know about anyone else, but I've put on a few of the "freshmen 15", although I'm a sophmore, and really, its only been about 7.
Anyone up for it?

I'm a college senior and I graduate May 10th. I bought my graduation dress two months ago and now its a little too tight. I need to lose at least 10 pounds to get back into it and I really need motivation.
My goal weight is 120 Current weight is 139 I think it is a realistic goal to lose 10 by May and then the rest by mid June (hopefully).
YES!!!! I've been looking for this kind of support group lately! I'm 14, 5'7", starting weight 128. I've already dropped three pounds since starting CC! I love it! I want to be down to 116 or 117 by mid-summer for cross-country season. It's really not fun to run around with extra weight! It is pretty realistic to lose the weight by mid-summer (CC says I'll lose it by May 20th).
Having some trouble with energy --- alot of times I have no energy to workout which makes me want to eat. Does anyone else have this problem??

I have 9 weeks and two days until I leave for Italy, and my goal for then is only 9.5 pounds away. So I'll have to lose a bit more each week, but I'll try my best!

I weigh 147lbs and am 5'8. I would like to get down to 126 for my birthday in august, now that I have gotten up to my calorie goal of 1600 a day (ex EDNOS) .
I'm aiming to lose 5lbs a month, so it will take me around 4 months to lose the weight I want, which make me feel very very happy!!
I'm just checking in. I'm 4'9" and currently weighing in at 132. That is down 7 lbs since my last post. I think most of the weight was from water retention from Totm. I'm proud to say, I'm sticking to my diet but I find myself getting more hungry as the days go on. I think its time to increase my calorie intake. I've been working out 3 to 5 days a week and I think my metabolism has kicked in (finally).
I got 12 more lbs to go till I get to my first goal weight and I am so excited!
