Slimfast gets a "A" ,but yoplait gets a "B+" ??
My downside was hunger when I was on the diet but it may have changed since. I remember a dieting friend saying she was tired of eating salad for lunch and thinking, "You get to chew salad..."
I've basically made the weight I wanted to be at, but more importantly I can fit into normal jeans, not the relaxed or baggy. I feel and look better physically, but I keep doing the mental game of "what about a couple of more pounds" because of the bmi rating. I've been eating better and having more frequent little meals which helps, but wanting something sweet.
I guess what I'm trying to say, is a cup of yoplait a better option than a slimfast for a healthy, keep the metabolism up treat??
It depends what type of yogurt... All natural yogurt with no "synthetic" sugar I think is much better than Slimfast, which contains "synthetic" sugar.
The Slimfast diet over time, caused me to have horrible digestive disturbances. Yogurt is healthier for your digestive track.
Basically, calorie counter rates foods by the vitamins and minerals, not whether they are synthetic or natural. It is scientifically proven that natural food is healthier than synthetic.
Go for that yogurt.
