I know a few people who have lost weight going to Slimming World classes and following the 'diet', I've asked people to explain to me how it works but what they say never makes any sense. Talk of green days and red days and "as much pasta as you want" and such :| It sounds like a load of rubbish to me but they've all lost weight. I went on the website to try and understand the program but there's no information on there about how it actually works.. I looked at a sample seven day menu and it looks beyond ridiculous.
I was wondering if anyone could explain to me how it actually works or what the plan is based around? It seems sooo unhealthy and ridiculous to me! (I'm not interested in following the plan AT ALL I'm just massively curious because it seems so strange.)
I don't know if it's just a UK thing either, half of you might not know what I'm talking about if that's the case.
