I have officially lost 4lbs with 8 to go and it's amazing. I have never lost weight in such a methodical, practical manner. I'm so thankful for CalorieCount and all the wisdom I have gained here. Up until now I had always thought eating less/starving myself and exercising more was the answer to loosing weight... and it never really worked and not well for sure. I was always miserable when dieting, always in starvation mode, tired, frustrated, emtional, anxious... not the case this time and I'm slowly and steadily loosing the weight I want to loose and feel great, happy, in contol, informed and energetic. It's a new found freedom and gift. Thanks CC!! And everyone here for your personal accounts and information.

congrats! i agree with you completely, i have tried everything from starving myself to skipping meals and more. i was miserable, but caloriecount really helped. im glad you enjoy it as much as i do :)
