Small layer of belly fat or just skin?
i think i have this small bit of belly fat that just never ever goes away no matter how much i might cut back on eating. But recently i started to work my abs out harder so they come out more but the fat doesn't go away. is it possible its just skin and not even fat at all? do i just have to really work on my ab muscles more? im already pretty thin.
Working out will only help as much as you ever could obtain. Some people don't have the genes for rock hard abs. If by chance once upon a time you had abs then hey you could get them rock hard with a little bit of help. Most of us age and the skin loses elasticity...hence the pudge roll or as I like to call it poochie belly. Don't get to bothered by a little bit of skin rolling as you age. The other thing is everyone's belly has some predisposed fat on it, and you may not ever get rid of that. Trust me, I've had just about everyone say...."it's just skin!" Just keep your weight as close to your ideal body mass index and you're golden!
