Small Steps
I just found a new government website called smallsteps.gov. It looks like there's a lot of interesting info there including a Presidential Challenge for those that like challenges.
I particularly like this long list of small steps - all of which will help reduce calories -

Has anyone else visited this site and found it beneficial? I just signed up to get their emailed tips and recipes. I like the idea of making changes that are not overwhelming, yet all contributing to my goal of permanent weight loss.
