Smart for Life cookie diet       http://www.thecookiediet.com/

I read about this diet in a Costco magazine, and although I have not tried a diet product in years, I chose to try this because it looks perfect for someone who is on the go a lot. I've counted calories for years and have somewhat maintained a healthy weight, but never quite reach my goal.

With the cookies there is no planning and you can take them anywhere. I  find them very filling. The first day I had no hunger at all, but yesterday I was so hungry! I think it was because I was extremely active. I still had a deficit of over 1,000 calories!!!  I'm going to try and stick to the plan to the letter the next two days and see what happens.....

If anyone else out there is doing this, I'd like to keep in touch and support each other.

For tracking purposes....Started counting calories again last Saturday  & started cookie diet the following Friday.
