i smell, my bum hurts, and i am starving...
but i feel AWESOME!
do you ever have those workouts that are just better than normal? perhaps it was the same step class you always take, the treadmill tells you that you've burned the usual 200 calories or you climbed the same number of flights on the stairstepper. for some unidentifiable reason, however, you leave the gym tired but energized and more motivated than ever!
whoo hoo!

YES....and I love those days!! I am finding I have them more then not the longer I've been doing cardio!!
I know exactly how you feel, at the end of my run at the gym this morning, I couldn't believe how good I felt - I've been doing the same time and speed for a few weeks and i've always really stuggled that last 5 mins. A couple more good days and I'll up the speed and increase the duration and end up strugging at the end again :)
that was one of the best intros to a post i've ever seen :) i love the feeling after i get a good workout--especially if i was in a crappy mood and didn't want to do it beforehand. it lets me know that i pushed through my lack of motivation and did something good for ME, and i love that.
