I would love to have the recipe for Planet Smoothie's Leapin Lizard and Thelma and Louise.  Thanks!Smile

This is probably one of my favourites, out of all the smoothies that I make.

  • One frozen banana (put it in the freezer the night before)
  • One cup of skim milk
  • 1 tbs peanut butter

And thats it! Nutritious, makes a quick breakfast, and is absolutely delicious!

I make this the night before and pour into my travel mug, and drink with a straw on my drive to work:

  • half cup plain low fat yogurt (flavoured works too, but I have noticed more protien in plain)
  • 3/4 cup frozen blue berries
  • 1 scoop protein powder (I love Dynawheys banana chocolate powder, 30g protein, and 130 calories)
  • half cup all bran original cereal (12g fiber)
  • half cup water

blend together & enjoy.

You could refrigerate pre-measured amounts of stuff. Like a cup of strawberries or bananas, so you can just toss them all in and just blend. My blender doubles as a cup, so I can take it with me out the door. It doesn't do well with ice and holding down the blend button too long makes it smoke! So I pulse it and use frozen fruit as the ice, usually strawberries or blueberries. I tried raspberries once but I don't like the little pits it leaves in the drink. >.<

Someday I'll get a real blender. :0

This is what I do.

1 banana

1 cup of strawberries

1 carton of dannon light and fit yogurt. (My favorites are strawberry and blueberry.)

And if you need protein, 1 scoop of weigh protein.

Blend it all together and with the first three ingrediants it's about 230 calories and with the weigh protein it's about 350 calories. It makes I think about 12 ounces... But idk, I've never weighed it or anything. And if all your ingrediants are fresh then you might want to add a handfull of ice cubes.

Hello, i have been dying to figure out  the recipe for the Mediterranean monster. I want to start having it before school, for breakfast.
