I like a higher calorie breakfast, and also a bit of fiber, so my smoothie is Fage total 0% yogurt - 80, half a frozen banana - 55, frozen berries or peaches - 60, and orange juice to thin it - 50. I stir in a tablespoon of flaxseed meal - 40 right before drinking (don't put it in the blender, it gets gluey)
