Why does smoothies make me feel guilty?
So I have just started on making smoothies for lunch ( I make them at the office: bananas, frozen raspberries and low-fat, no sugar yoghurt).
And I feel so guilty because they taste GOOD!! they taste much more like a treat!
someone please say that it is a good alternative to get some fruits and to get a healthy, filling lunch!!

I love them! My wife and I will make them for Dinner with a sald after a busy afternoon.
I just wish I could eat more fun foods like Smothies. They made me feel alot better than Waffles!

Dont feel guilty about eating somethign!! Especially something so healthy! Smoothies are a great choice - good mix of carbs, protein AND vitamins. count your cals and theres not need to feel bad. :) Good tasting food is how its meant to be. We jsut dont realise that fat-sodden things arent that always nice tasting. Avoid them for a few months, eat real foods, then try them again and you'll see. Even if they taste good, they sit heavily and make me feel sick.
I was kinda this way last night! I made tacos at home and I used ground turkey and used reduced fat shredded cheese and I honestly felt that I was cheating! It tasted soooo good! For a little over 200 cals per taco, pure heaven!

OK...I used pre-packaged taco seasoning, loaded with sodium, I know, I know. I am going to figure out a recipe using yummy spices and NO SALT!!
mmhhh I am addicted to smoothies I had one this morning with cherries, rice milk, cocoa and stevia it tasted like a a chocolate covered cherry. I keep lots of frozen fruit on hand. My favorites are blueberries and bananas. and mango and orange mmmhh
